This incredible class focuses on the deep internal aspect of yoga. Yin yoga concentrates on healing the emotional, spiritual and physical body. The asanas (postures) are held between 2-5 mins allowing the connective tissue to stretch and the meridians to open. Many postures are supported by props to allow us to move deeper into the joints. This class has unbelievable results for those of us that live busy and physically demanding lives. If you regularly practise hot classes then Yin is equally important to help keep the body in balance.
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient & powerful technology which supports us to become energetically, emotionally & mentally resilient by developing a strong nervous system, a healthy glandular system & resistant immune system. It is known as the yoga of awareness & is highly effective in creating positive change. Kundalini Yoga techniques are simple & effective for our busy lives & noisy minds. Kundalini Yoga uses specific combinations of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand postures), mantra (chanting) & meditation.
It can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age, fitness & experience.
Quite simply a slower version of our Hot Flow without infrared heat. Fantastic if you need an easier pace but still enjoy a flow style class. Postures and breath are still connected with fluid movements, but enjoy the sensation of connecting internally and allowing your body to move at a slower pace. Although the pace is slower we still include a few long holds in standing poses to keep you working out!
The best of both worlds! Spend half the class building heat in the body through a vinyasa flow, then enjoy letting the body melt into deep cooling postures targeting the connective tissue. This wonderful combination focuses on both Yin (slow and cooling), and Yang (dynamic and warming) allowing your whole being to delve into a blissful state of balance.
Hot Flow is a Vinyasa class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance and flexibility. Hot Flow yoga heals, detoxifies and rejuvenates the body and mind through movement, balance and intention. This is a dynamic and energising practise, which sculpts and tones every muscle in the body whilst also increasing flexibility and strength on and off the mat.
Hot 26&2 (Bikram)
Hot 26&2 is a set 26 postures taught with
2 specific breathing exercises and practised in a very hot room. You will practise the same sequence in each class so you can develop awareness and appreciation for how you develop and grow, both physically and mentally, throughout your practise. The Hot 26&2 sequence was designed to systematically work every body part, including internal organs, ligaments, veins and muscles, so they maintain optimal health. Each posture of the sequence accomplishes something different in the body and they all work synergistically to help the body perform at its best. The postures are taught in stages so they are accessible for all ages and abilities.
This ballet inspired class is one of the fastest, most effective ways to burn calories and get toned! Combining ballet, pilates and yoga, hot barre classes are performed on the mat and at a ballet barre. The barre is there to provide stability, balance, and support as you move through exercises that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs. No prior experience with ballet or barre is needed.
Hot Sculpt is a total bodywork with weights, fun music and heat!
This class will compliment your regular yoga practise. It incorporates strength training and specific exercises to create lean muscles, boost your metabolism and to give you the results you want.
A high intensity workout based on mat pilates principles. An amazing workout which builds strength, stamina and endurance. Hot Pilates targets different muscle groups with a consistent focus on the core and glutes. This class will suit all abilities from beginners to the more experienced. Be prepared to sweat, smile and feel it for the next few days. If you want to get strong and in shape, this class is for you!
A combination of gentle vinyasa yoga sequences and and classic mat pilates exercises. Perfect for those looking to ease into their yoga practise but with a specific focus on strengthening the core.
Be intimately in tune with the rhythms of nature in each season by introducing you to the ancient and powerful Five Elements Theory through Zenthai Flow Yoga. Understand the gifts within you, and what may cause imbalances in the changing season in relation to lifestyle, emotional and physical traumas, and external influences. Surrender to the flow of the seasons through Yoga Asana that stimulates meridians and their corresponding organs in relation to each season. You will experience fascia unwinding and spiralling movement, embody meridian stretches and learn pressure points within the practice. Learn a deeper emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga asana through the yin and yang of Zenthai Yoga.
Another slower version of our Hot Flow with more of a gentle infrared heat. Unique to Wolfie, he will guide you through a gentle Hatha/Vinyasa style class leaving you feeling amazing and totally relaxed.
