• The Locals Intro Pass is only available for Sunshine Coast locals - proof of address must be provided at first class - valid from date of purchase

• Weekly Direct Debits have a minimum sign up of 4 weeks, there is no contract and the membership can be held for holidays/breaks (within reason)

• 5, 10 and 20 class passes are valid for 6 months

• 3 Class Holiday pass is valid for 7 days and includes mat hire

• Week Holiday pass is valid for 7 days and includes mat hire

• Passes are non-refundable 

• If it's your first time to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes before class to register if you haven't created a profile online

• Bookings are essential - please download our Downward Dog Hot Yoga app to book and cancel classes 

• Please ensure you cancel classes if you can't attend as some of the classes have waitlists

• A $10 no show fee will apply if bookings aren't cancelled
